Welcome to the website builder platform and services of vq.pe ("vq.pe," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website builder platform and related IT and digital services (the "Services").

"vq.pe": The platform operated by vqpe LLC (USA) and Killwalk (India).
"Services": Website builder platform, hosting, custom development, and related digital services provided by vq.pe.
"Client" / "You": The individual or entity using our Services.
"Invoice": A digital billing document issued by vq.pe for Services purchased.
vq.pe provides and manages the platform, including service delivery, billing, and customer support.
All Services are provided directly by vq.pe, and your agreement for the use of Services is solely with vq.pe.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.
All features, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time.
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all content, pricing, or features are error-free.
All payments for Services are processed through vq.pe.
Invoices are issued by vq.pe and serve as the official billing record.
You agree to pay all invoices by the due date.
Payments must be made using the available payment methods on the platform.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation.
Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
vq.pe and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, software, and related intellectual property.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform.
You retain ownership of your content.
You grant vq.pe a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely to provide the Services.
Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
vq.pe’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the six (6) months prior to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your access to Services will stop immediately.
