By subscribing to or purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Refund Processing

All refund requests are reviewed and processed by vq.pe based on the terms outlined in this policy.
vq.pe reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests at its discretion in accordance with these terms.

3. General Refund Principle

Because our platform and development services allocate resources immediately upon purchase, we operate on a no-refund policy once a service or subscription term has begun, except in the specific situations detailed below.

4. Subscription Plans (Monthly / Annual)

4.1 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, no payment is required during the trial period.

If you cancel before the trial ends, no charges will be applied.

To avoid charges, you must cancel at least 24 hours before trial expiration.

4.2 Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel at any time.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No refunds are provided for partial months.

Access remains active until the end of the paid term.

4.3 Annual Subscriptions

You may cancel at any time.

If canceled within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund.

After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for annual subscriptions.

No prorated refunds are provided for remaining time on the plan.

5. Custom Development Services

5.1 Before Project Commencement

A full refund of any deposit is available only if:

• The project has not yet begun, and
• The kick-off meeting has not taken place

5.2 After Project Commencement

Once work has started:

• Refunds are not available for completed work
• If a project is cancelled mid-way, billing will apply for work completed up to the cancellation date
• Any remaining prepaid balance may be refunded at our discretion

6. Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)

For downloadable digital products such as premium templates, themes, or plugins:

No refunds are issued once:

• The product has been downloaded, or
• A license key has been generated

A refund may be considered only if:

• The product is proven to be technically defective, and
• The issue cannot be resolved by our support team

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

• Work or services already completed and approved
• Time-and-material billed tasks already performed
• Domain registrations, renewals, or third-party service fees
• Third-party tool or license fees (e.g., APIs, plugins)
• Change of mind or dissatisfaction with non-technical aspects (e.g., design direction)
• Business outcomes outside our control (e.g., leads, sales, profitability)
• Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary content, approvals, or access

8. How to Request Cancellation or Refund

8.1 Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel by logging into your vq.pe account and navigating to:
Billing / Subscription Settings → Cancel Subscription

8.2 Refund Requests

To request a refund, email: [email protected]

Include:

• Your full name and account email
• Invoice number(s)
• Detailed reason for the request

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
Refund evaluation typically takes 7–10 business days.

9. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Your financial institution may require additional time to process the transaction.

Access to refunded services will be revoked immediately.

10. Policy Modifications

We may update or amend this policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
