This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel services or request refunds from vq.pe.
By subscribing to or purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you
have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this policy.
vq.pe functions as an authorized reseller of services delivered by UPLEF FZ-LLC, who acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all transactions.
This means:
The legal and financial obligation to issue refunds lies with UPLEF FZ-LLC.
All refund requests must be reviewed and approved by the Merchant of Record.
vq.pe will facilitate, submit, and support refund cases on your behalf, but does not issue refunds directly.
Because our platform and development services allocate resources immediately upon purchase, we operate on a no-refund policy once a service or subscription term has begun, except in the specific situations detailed below.
If a free trial is offered, no payment is required during the trial period.
If you cancel before the trial ends, no charges will be applied.
To avoid charges, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expiration.
You may cancel at any time.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds are provided for partial months.
Access remains active until the end of the paid term.
You may cancel at any time.
If canceled within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund.
After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for annual subscriptions.
No prorated refunds are provided for remaining time on the plan.
A full refund of any deposit is available only if the project has not yet begun and the kick-off meeting has not taken place.
Once work has started:
Refunds are not available for completed work.
If a project is cancelled mid-way, vq.pe and the MoR will invoice for work completed up to the cancellation date.
Any remaining prepaid balance may be refunded at the discretion of vq.pe and the MoR.
For downloadable digital products such as premium templates, themes, or plugins:
No refunds are issued once the product has been downloaded or the license key has been generated.
A refund may be considered only if:
The product is proven to be technically defective, and
The issue cannot be resolved by our support team.
Refunds are not provided for:
Work or services already completed and approved.
Time-and-material billed tasks already performed.
Domain registrations, renewals, or third-party service fees.
Third-party tool or license fees (e.g., APIs, plugins).
Change of mind, preference, or dissatisfaction with non-technical aspects (e.g., design direction).
Business outcomes outside our control (e.g., lead performance, profitability).
Delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide necessary content, approvals, or access.

We will acknowledge the request within 2 business days.
Refund evaluation typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on MoR review.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.
Your financial institution may require additional time to finalize posting.
Access to refunded services will be revoked immediately.
We may update or amend this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
